The founder
I'm Stéphane. Together with my wife Nicole, we own a few small rental buildings. Nicole handles the “admin” side — rent, paperwork, follow-ups.
We want to keep moving forward — without being crushed by the weight of admin. And going through a management company eats the margin.
We want to add doors to grow, not to lose all our evenings.
